Tools and their output
Every tool on this site runs inside your browser and is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The processing is done by well-tested open-source libraries, but no software is perfect. Before you rely on an output for something that matters: a court filing, an exam application, a signed agreement, a client deliverable. Open the result and check it: page order, orientation, fonts, image quality, file size and any password you set. Keep your original file until you have verified the converted one. Because nothing is uploaded, we have no copy of your document and cannot recover, redo or undo anything after your browser tab closes.
Specifications quoted in guides
Guides that quote photo dimensions, signature sizes, file-weight caps or format rules (exam portals, visa forms, tender sites and similar) are compiled from the public instructions of the concerned body at the date shown in each article. Portals change these rules without notice, sometimes mid-season. The numbers in a guide are a working reference, never a guarantee: the official portal's current instructions always have the final word, and where a guide and a portal disagree, follow the portal and tell us so we can correct the article.
Advertising and third-party services
Some pages carry advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers, not PdfPixel, are responsible for the claims in their ads. Cookies and identifiers used for advertising are described in the privacy policy, and in regions where consent is required no advertising cookie is set until you allow it. The site also links to external websites for reference; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
