Edit PDF Tools — Brand, Fix and Finish Any Document

Most PDF edits aren't about rewriting text — they're about presentation and polish. A number at the bottom of each page. A CONFIDENTIAL stamp. A header that makes a report look like it came from an organisation rather than a printer.

These six tools handle the edits that real documents need. Everything is applied as a new layer, so the original page content is never damaged, and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Will edits cover the original text?
No. Page numbers, watermarks, headers and backgrounds are added as separate layers with controlled opacity and placement, so the content underneath stays readable.
Can I apply an edit to only some pages?
Yes. Most tools let you choose a selection — useful when only the draft pages need a watermark or only the cover should skip numbering.
Do these tools work on scanned documents?
Yes. Scanned pages are images inside a PDF, and every edit in this category is applied on top of them without re-encoding the image.
